As a recruitment business the Company collects and processes personal data. It is required to do so to comply with legislation and is required to keep this data for different periods depending on the nature of the data. The core services the company delivers include the providing of work seeking services to candidates, the introduction of candidates to our clients, supporting professional executives throughout their career and supporting businesses in their resourcing needs and strategies. The retention of personal data is integral to those services and is therefore held on the basis of the legitimate interest of work seekers, clients and the company.

The company has implemented measures and procedures that adequately protect the privacy of individuals and ensures that privacy protection is integral to all data processing activities. Any paper copy containing personal data is shredded once its legitimate use has been completed.

The company will review the personal data it holds on a regular basis to ensure it is being lawfully processed and it is accurate, relevant and up to date.

The company does not collect or process any sensitive personal data for work seekers or candidates as defined under the Data Protection Regulations.

Your personal data will be retained by the company for as long as either the company or you has a legitimate interest in keeping it. Employment legislation may also require us to keep your personal data for a minimum period of time. You will be contacted periodically to inform you that we continue to hold your data and to ensure the personal data we hold is accurate and current.

The company will not use personal data for automatic profiling or decision making. Any use of your personal data will be the direct responsibility and under the control of an authorised employee of the company. The company will not use your data for general marketing, nor will the company use your personal data other than to provide you with work seeking services.
