As a recruitment business the Company collects and processes personal data. It is required to do so to comply with legislation and is required to keep this data for different periods depending on the nature of the data. The core services the company delivers include the providing of work seeking services to candidates, the introduction of candidates to our clients, supporting professional executives throughout their career and supporting businesses in their resourcing needs and strategies. The company does not collect or process any sensitive personal data for work seekers or candidates as defined under the Data Protection Regulations.

Your personal data will be retained by the company for as long as either the company or you has a legitimate interest in keeping it. Employment legislation may also require us to keep your personal data for a minimum period of time. You will be contacted periodically to inform you that we continue to hold your data and to ensure the personal data we hold is accurate and current.
